He came out the next morning, diagnosed the problem, offered options for the repair and completed the repair by mid-afternoon. His workmanship seems to be high quality and we are really pleased with his work and dedication to serving his customers."

"They lost their tool inside our house so they had to come back and left quite a mess in my backyard trying to get it out. They left a big hole in the ground that we are trying to fill with dirt. They were very nice but we felt that their equipment should not have fallen apart inside our house. They did not charge us anything for trying to fix the problem; they just charged us for cleaning the sewer. They were very responsive and did their best to fix it but they just did not fill the hole that they put in. They did put in a new sewer cleanout and did not charge us for it so we appreciate it. We probably will not use them in the future."

John called and told me what to do immediately to be in safe conditions until he could get there. He showed up the very next morning and got the job done the the same day. He made sure everything was done proper, safe, and to last. This was a difficult situation getting a replacement tank in the attic, and they took the job on like a champ. "I just got off the phone with the owner of Stan's Plumbing and I just had to write a great review. <br /> I had an underground pipe leak in my back yard, and called for Stan's to come out for an estimate and help diagnose the problem and give me an estimate on the fix. <br /> The estimator and I had different guesses as to what the problem was, where the leak was, etc., but then I just got to speak with the owner and he understood the problem right off the bat and understood the best solution. <br /> Long story short; the problem got fixed with almost no effort or cost, and I really have to hand it to the owner for so quickly understanding what my concern/solution about what his estimator's guess was and working with me about the best and cheapest solution. A good man to speak with. <br /> Would I use them again? Absolutely... we have an old 1907 house that has so many electrical, carpentry and plumbing problems, and I know that our main plumbing service will someday have to be replaced... and when it does, we'll be calling Stan's Plumbing to do it. "It went great. They were fully booked when I called on Thursday, and thought they would have to come out on Monday. Bari in the office was so sweet and seemed very genuinely concerned when I told her what was wrong, and told me, if possible, she would squeeze me in today. They were able to, for which I am very grateful. The plumber came out, and cleaned some roots out of the sewer main. I had called another company to do it, and they came out twice, and were unable to find a clog, so the problem just got worse and worse. Everything is working exactly as it should after calling Bob's one time, and it was significantly lower priced than the other place. I am very satisfied as always, and will call again if I have more plumbing issues in the future. They really are the best ever. :)"
