"In my 40 years of housekeeping he was by far the best cleaner I have had. Very personable and I was impressed with one rug that had an odor. He said he would clean it but because it was a wool rug they tend to be that way so he saved me the trouble and the money which made sense."

"A kid knocked over wax melt and it was all over everything. He spent half of his time cleaning that up while his father did the carpet cleaning. The kid wasn't of much help. They should pay attention to what they're doing."

I used Sears as I hoped their vacuum method would work better on these stains than the normal rubbing method. Alas, I was wrong. Even though the technician treated these areas more thoroughly, the spots came back after a short time. I do not hold this against them, though. These stains can be so deep that the only way to get rid of them is to change carpet. However, I am not as pleased with the result as the last provider I used as I am pretty certain the spots returned faster this time. In addition, the carpet did not look as clean, and got sort of a grayish color which actually made the carpet look worse than before the cleaning. The price was pretty hefty too compared to their competitors, and you don't get any more value for your money. Because of the low quality and the price, and the fact you get at least as good result from their competitors, I will not use them again. <br />"

"Good and efficient service. This was the 4th time I got my carpets cleaned with Zerorez and I have no complaints. I get my hallway and rooms cleaned. The pet treatment always leaves my upstairs smelling nice and all the stains were removed."

"Used this service for several months. Expected everything to be kept clean. Aeysha was sweet and trustworthy. Just not detail oriented. Too much skipped over too many times. The tresles on tables, the spindles on chairs, under furniture that sits off the floor, ceiling fans, I could see lots of dust. I pointed out dusty furniture, I was told they only do "surface clean". "Detail clean" would cost more ($115) and only after a "deep clean" which also cost more ($325). I had been very specific about what I needed when I first arranged for service. No one said anything about different levels of clean. I would have gladly chosen Detail Clean. Now I can't justify paying more $ when I can't be sure what I will get. Very disappointed. I thought clean was just clean."
