No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."

Andrew inspected my roof and determined that it had suffered significant damage to both the shingles and metal structures. Originally, my insurance company argued that they should only replace the damaged shingles, but Andrew put in a ton of work to convince the insurance company that any new shingles would look extremely out-of-place on my 15-year-old roof. The insurance company agreed and the entire roof was replaced. As for the work, Andrew and his team did an excellent job replacing the shingles and installing new maintenance-free gutters. He kept me informed about the entire process, which included some additional work that needed to be done to ensure the roof was up to code. Once again, Andrew was able to work with my insurance company to ensure that would not be an issue. Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."
