"I called Angie"s list last Friday, within a few minutes I got a call from the office of this company EA Plumbing Inc, EA's office secretary tentatively fixed an appointment for their Master Plumber to visit our home and to offer a free quote. The Owner Edgar Artiga showed up within two hours as planned. He offered us a free quote which we found to be pleasantly lower than My Plumber company whom we found were a ripoff . Edgar Artiga executed this Faucet repairs / replacing hot & cold water cartridges within the set time frame. We are extremely satisfied of a job very well done by EA Plumbing. "We called DoneRite after the water heater replacement company fiddled with the Town’s water supply end and somehow caused a blockage that shut off water supply coming into our house. Willis and his assistant arrived promptly and were confident in their assessment of the situation and their proposed solution. They were courteous in their interactions and also said that if their solution did not work then they would not charge us. The Town had informed us the previous day that they should be contacted first to come and shut off the Town end of the supply for any repair work. Willis was respectful of this request from us and waited patiently for half an hour for the Town to send their people. Willis suggested a replacement for our main water valve (which was very old and stuck), and also got our water supply back quickly. They also ensured that they had our new water heater turned on and running before leaving. We will not hesitate to contact Willis for any of our plumbing needs."
