"That was a project to convert a single car garage into a recreational room. I love my new room with a ping-pong table, new windows for a daylight in the day time and all ceiling lights when its dark. My new vinyl plank is warm even for bare feet. Thanks to mini split unit on the wall, the room can be heated in a winter or cooled in a summer. Some details of project were changed during the construction and I appreciate how flexible Brent was to adopt the changes and new elements to include into his work. Materials and labor cost was an issue but I was kept informed the entire way on timing of the items as well as increased cost for the project. They are very quick to respond and also very polite and courteous to me and my wife. I could’ve went with a big builder in the area but would have never gotten the treatment that I did with such a caring local builder. "Sergio did two projects for us. First removed popcorn ceilings and full repaint of the entire house. They did an amazing job. Then after a water leak we did a major home remodel that touched every room in the house and included, drywall, hardwood floors, tile floors, carpet, painting kitchen cabinets, new counter tops, new lighting and electrical work, new doors and all the trim, new roof and new deck. They were there everyday and Sergio called me everyday. His people were amazing polite and very clean. The worked was complete a month early and we were extremely pleased with all the work.
