"JES Foundation contracts all their electrical work out to Root Electric. In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. The lead Root electrician Andrew, and his assistant Andy, dd a terrific job installing the new upgraded electric panel. They were both very friendly, efficient, and professional. Andrew afterwards walked me through everything that was done, and answered any questions that I had. They also cleaned up afterwards very well. "it went very well.... this was a straight forward project... install a sump pump in the crawl space, (I had already pulled the old one). When they showed up they were right on time and they were conscientious of my floors (they used disposable shoe covers), they added a "one-way" valve to the drain pipe and the sump pump in quick order, had all the parts they needed on the truck and were done within an hour. When I called to request the appointment the woman that answered was able to schedule me for the next day... The price was fair and the sump pump they installed was (according to Amazon) top notch! I'd hire them back in a second."
