Get matched with top addition to existing structure builders in Olympia, WA

"Jared and his team did an amazing job. From start to finish, it was clear they wanted to make sure we got what we wanted. Jared worked with us to come up with the design, and the team were all great to work with. They continuously kept us informed of what they were doing, and if something needed adjusting after it was done, they were very quick to make any requested changes. The job included removing a window, and re-sizing two others; replacing siding on the exterior and matching our existing paint; re-sizing the living room archway; replacing kitchen and bath flooring with tile; removing a bathtub, re-arranging the bathroom and adding a large shower; moving a tankless water heater from outside to inside; re-routing gas and water for the washer and dryer; installing new appliances; installing cabinets and quartz countertops. I highly recommend this company and will be hiring them again for future projects."

"We hired Topaz Remodeling and Yoni for a home addition to create a bigger living room and extra bedroom. The project involved framing, roofing, and major structural work - and Yoni handled it like a pro. He stayed on top of scheduling, inspections, und kept us updated every step of the way. The new space blends seamlessly with our original house. We are beyond happy with the results!"

"Near Me Roofing Company came to my rescue, they had to reflash the skylight. I was glad they could reuse existing one. Great job! Great roofing company."

"I just had a window removed and a sliding door installed in its place at my home. I also had new installation for a large window. This required moving electrical plugs, siding removal and cutting a hole in my family room. They installed new sliding door and a new large window. They wrapped the door and window with wood and installed and painted new wood trim. The team consisted of the boss Jesse Chase and four (4) additional workers. I was notified the day before to remind me of the upcoming installation. They were on time. They got right to work and each person knew their job. They cleaned the area as soon as they were completed with each task. Jesse Chase worked along with the crew and went around and checked the work of each of his workers. They did an outstanding job, on time and got the job done quickly. I am going to use their services again. I canâ t say enough good things about Capitol City Construction LLC."

"The whole experience was excellent. Chris when to give us a bid. He was very knowledgeable. He told use about the triangle of stove, fridge and sink and flow. He suggested a long narrow window to replace the tile backsplash on an outside wall. It was a great idea. When sit at the new bar between the kitchen and the living room we look out into our backyard. Itâ s beautiful. The guys that did the work are extremely work oriented. They are constantly working. They were thorough, knowledgeable and open to our suggestions and requests. We wanted an additional can light no problem. They were great. They cleaned up every day before they left. They would tell use when they were going to arrive and what they planned to accomplish that day. I have old siding on the outside of my house. They matched it perfectly when eliminated a window. The price of the cabinets was a lot more reasonable the other bids and theyâ re beautiful. What I mentally pictured in my mind on how it would look and the ease of preparing meals in the new kitchen were so wrong. Itâ s at least 10 times better. It still has the same physical dimensions but how itâ s played out. It seems so much bigger. I highly recommend them for any project you need done"

"recently hired Northwest Builders & Renovation to build my garage, and I couldn?t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. The communication was clear every step of the way, and they delivered exactly what they promised ? on time and within budget. The quality of the framing, concrete, and finish work exceeded my expectations. They took care of everything efficiently, handled permits smoothly, and left the site clean every day. It?s rare to find contractors this reliable and dedicated to doing the job right. I highly recommend Northwest Builders & Renovation to anyone looking for skilled, honest professionals who truly care about their work."

"I recommend Dennis (Harmon & Harmon) in the strongest terms for a renovation, upgrade, or any other construction in your home. I hired Harmon & Harmon for some upgrades/repairs in a home I recently bought, including a major renovation of my attic (dark, unfinished space, bare studs) to be a fully finished room. Dennis saw the potential of the attic (which was huge & very open). Now fully finished, the attic has a beautiful composite wood-grain floor, finished walls, recessed lighting, full climate control with a mini-split, and he was even able to add a window with a view to the water. It is a huge room that now functions as a TV room for the kids with a big sectional couch, one corner is an extra closet/storage nook for my wife, & the gabled window area has table & chairs for reading and enjoying the view. Best thing about Dennis... 100% follow-through, 100% satisfaction. If I had an issue, he fixed it, period. Outstanding professionalism from start to finish. A+, 10/10!"

"We are just beginning. So far I as very impressed and confident that tge project will go forward smoothly"

"Quality work, great materials, exceptional customer service, skilled craftsman. Bedrock construction is excellent. They live up to their name."

"Dale did an amazing job on my custom outdoor building! He built custom barn doors that I had requested, used quality materials for siding and accents and even installed a window. It took less than two weeks from start to finish I couldn't believe how fast he got it up! It was the best outdoor building in the whole HOA and everyone had to ask who built it because the work was such quality! I'm hiring him again to reside the whole front of my new home, dormers, roofing, and replacing insulation."
