"Getting through to the company was easy, the person who answered the phone was responsive and seemed to understand what was going on. The repairman showed up quickly. He was very pleasant and approachable. He showed me where the door had gotten stuck because of a bent track. He made the repairs quickly and he didn't have to come back a second time with parts or tools. He explained what he was doing and he showed me certain parts to stay away from in the future if there was a problem - the force on some of the garage door parts is considerable and when things go off track there is potential danger of injury. He also made sure I knew how to open the door manually if need be in the future. The billing was reasonable and there were no surprises. All in all, a good experience. <br />"
