He repaired all of the damage, critter proofed the entire house, left one egress point available to ensure no raccoons would be trapped in attic then set a trap and secured that last egress point with plastic to monitor any traffic. The trap caught raccoons every night and Luke even came out on Christmas day to humanely relocate one of the animals. He was patient, professional, courteous and above all he placed customer service and satisfaction above all else. Excellent company, excellent service, don't hesitate to call them!"
