I have a guy that cuts my grass and the blades on his mower could have the fungus on it. He could bring that in from somewhere else, or it could be the lawn was a little too wet or something."

This company may well be very good at eliminating pests as the other reviewers have said, but I wasn't about the shell out over $400 up front to find out.  I have been a home owner for 20 years now and I have used a couple of different service companies over the years.  ALL of them always have charged one price for the initial visit, usually a higher price because the first visit is more in depth, and then a monthly or quarterly fee.  This company wanted to charge me over $400 at once for the entire year with no option of a smaller monthly or quarterly payment.  I have never heard of a pest control company that charges for the entire year of service up front.  So I just went down the list here and found a different A rated natural pest control company that is charging me for the initial visit as an Angie's List discount and then we pay per visit with no contract or commitment.   Like I already said, they may well be very good at eliminating pests using safer and more natural products, but their pricing is way out of line with everyone else."
