"They came when they said they would and when they found extreme rot, they were able to repair it completely and quickly. Even finding where the previous crew did not install the flashing needed, which caused the rot. They finished the repair throughly. They cleaned up around the work site too. They did what they said they would do, at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them for your construction needs."

"Actual roofing work well done but for Roofing Teamwork ethics need attention to get better rating. Roof work done during winter months with shorter days starts when warmer and makes for shorter work hours. Be ready to do self-tidy up around house after workers leave if not at a new building project. Company sales service is better than others but needs improvement in communications throughout with customer/client relations. Be specific about Roofing Team members using non-team equipment and/or moving non-team items without permission. Also clean-up of non-team items before roofing team leaves location. When lunch time arrives, ensure all roofing team members leave location to go and get lunch which includes using lunch facility restroom, if needed, before returning work site to continue roof work. Overall, Roofing Teams work was fast. Now to await results of the Inspection Department representative."

"I enjoyed our experience with Lakeland. Charlie Drake is a real pro. He was prompt, courteous, and knew his business. Lakelandâ s quote was on the lower end of three quotes we got, even including replacing our gutters. Charlie offered us a wide range of shingles and gave us good advice on selection. The work crew was prompt, courteous, and worked very hard for three 10-hour days to complete our complex 5-level roof + skylight + flashing. They identified and replace 3 sheet of plywood â not bad for a 25 year old roof. They did a very neat job, cleaned up every day, and we have not had any leaks in the past three months. We had some minor shrubbery damage, and have picked up several dozen nails, but that goes with such a messy tear-out job. The gutter replacement was a separate job, but was done even better. We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of the lovely white aluminum gutters and especially the leaf guard that will prevent me from having to clean gutters and downspouts every again. Amen! Bottom line â I recommend Lakeland Contractors and Charlie Drake. I would use them again."
