"Reid Raker is a breath of fresh air, totally honest and professional. Don't be fooled by calling the first number on your computer search. These routing services use other company names and send people that are hours away with very little chance of getting them back if something goes wrong. My daughter experienced this with a $700 dishwasher repair that only lasted a week and they never returned to fix the continuing problem. I called Raker Appliance and Reid came over the next morning.
