I don't know, it happens. It wasn't intentional. I am not angry or anything, but it's just that I have to replace a mirror. He took his time with the other things that I needed done. It was just unfortunate that the mirror got scratched. He was on time. He was prior to the time. He introduced himself and seen what I needed done before going on the clock."

"Fine, work completed. Plumber was polite, communicative...explaining what he was doing. Pricing very fair. They have a good warranty on the work too. I liked that the owner came out first to give an estimate. Though I did have to wait a week to have the work done, I much prefer this way of doing business as many places charge for coming out and then apply the charge to the work. But if you don't want to have the company do the job, you are stuck paying the service charge. I think this is an honest company, office staff is courteous as well and responsive."
