"I called Paul over a weekend before a Holiday. I was surprised that I got a prompt return call. I explained the problems and he clarified, in more appropriate terms, what he thought was going on. He said he would fit me in and we scheduled a geneal time frame of early afternoon a few days later. On that day I waited until 4 pm for him to show up, then called him. He said he got tied up, would have to check his schedule when he got home and would return a call. I was displeased that I had to give up an afternoon waiting for him, but he did make the return call, did apologize, and we set up a morning time 2 days later. What I learned from this experience was that with a small job, be the FIRST APPOINTMENT in the MORNING. Paul showed up on time, presented his business card, and proceeded with the work. I had to purchase some items at the Hardware Store which meant Paul had to return later. He did, at the time agreed upon, and completed the work. He communicates well, was courteous, is obviously knowledgeable, and skilled. I was particularly pleased that he showed me what he was doing and was not put off with the questions I asked. I rate him lower in the Responsiveness category only due to the afternoon that he got tied up and did not get back to me. Nonetheless, I would use his services again. <br />"
