Did not have a known solution so I searched on Angi which came up with 4 options. Russell (RJ Appliance Repair) was extremely prompt in replying to my needs and was very professional and seemed honest so I figured I would try until I had a reason to move on. Russell came out and gave me my options and I decided to get a new one which was a bit of a challenge due to space requirements.
