"Initial contact was spotty (but this has been an ongoing issue, which I think has more to do with Angie's List's digital communication than the pros). Once I had them on the phone, they were very insightful about the various ways that rodents penetrate a home. I assumed my issue was just the kitchen, but several potential access points were spotted and sealed. Additionally, a crazy amount of poison and bait was squeezed into disgusting, difficult to reach crevices. My only complaint was that every entry point wasn't hit: mice began coming in via an unsealed access panel to my fiberglass tub. In fairness, I didn't focus on that area. But these are the pros. Luckily, with what I learned, I was able to blockade that area myself. Occasionally I hear scratching (it is an urban area), but nothing has gotten in since."

"Barefoot Pest Control was the agency I used for my Insect inspection. They were very efficient. The inspector Mark Male was very good. Thanks Mark Thanks Barefoot This rating is for Barefoot Pest Control only. I am not familiar with PestNow LLC"

"I would give Francisco 10 stars for reliability, professionalism and thoroughness. He did an excellent job of baiting my condo, sealing all the holes he could find and putting my mind at ease. He took the time to explain the process and although I know there are no guarantees in a multi home building, I definitely feel that he did his best to address my mice problem. Hopefully the building owners will do their part but I will be utilizing Alpha Pest whenever I need pest control services."
