"Almost four years ago we had a terrible hailstorm that cut a path here in Queens and Nassau, New York. Golf sized hail destroyed all the siding on the back of my house and about ten thousand just to repair my car. "Hired last year, roof was fine until snow collected on roof and began to melt and it was then it leaked into the house. I called and they responded which was good, they sent people to the house and hopefully repaired the leak but now I have to fix the water damage(to sheetrock) myself for the second time."

They operated form the roof and inspected the entire chimney from top to bottom. They did NOT do the classic inspect-and-force-you-into-buying-a-new-liner routine and that was much appreciated.  They took their time and did not rush the service or question/answers.
