Subsequently, after our landscaper accidentally cut our Invisible Fence's wire, Mike took the time and effort to splice and then protect the wire against future cuts. StayDog is extremely well-equipped and highly professional in meeting your dog's or dogs' needs. John Hanhausen, with help from Mike, definitely runs a superb ship."

"Started out OK, but went downhill from there. Fence was replaced in July but gate door defective, fence was not installed straight and workers left one of the previous fence posts in the ground. They don't have their own installers. John from Discount Fence asked for pictures and description of problems, which I sent to him and never heard fom him again, until he called to apologize for "dropping the ball" 3 weeks later. I was told over 2 different weeks that workers would be out that week...still waiting. Now almost the end of September and still waiting."
