"Frank and his team were great! I appreciated how responsive and flexible they were when renovating our basement. They paid attention to details and were willing to do some small handyman tasks that needed to be completed but that I didn't feel comfortable doing on my own. We have a dog so their team being pet friendly was a nice plus. Would recommend"

"It was a major project and Wally (the owner) was open and honest about his pricing, potential issues that could be uncovered which could alter pricing, I never felt as if he wasn’t looking out for my best interest."

"Family & Friends Builders have done 2 major jobs for us in the past 2 years. One was a total remodel of our master bathroom and another was a restoration of our bedroom. In both instances they did an excellent job. Billy is knowledgable and up front about everything being done from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for all of your construction needs."

"Bill and his entire crew were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish! I can't imagine any other contractor who would have devoted themselves more to their client in every way possible from idea stage, to design, to final execution of our project than Bill and the Amazing Tallented All Star Team! Their woodworking, staining, painting, and masonry techniques and skills prove second to none! They were absolutely fantastic and couldn't do more to constantly, time and time again, put our minds at ease, assuring us that our living room was going to turn out great; and wow, did it!! We honestly can't possibly thank them enough for their incredible effort and, more than anything, their painstaking hard-work ethic of wanting to do all in their power to get whatever they happened to be working on at the moment, making our living room the very best it could be! When going into such a project, you always worry about making the right call when hiring a contractor, and then about making the correct decisions once you find one; and wow, did we strike gold! We couldn’t be any happier and pleased with Bill and the entire All Star Team and will absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone! Their guidance and knowledge in what they do is second to none! Thank you so much, Bill, and your exceptional All Star Team, for making our renovation experience so easy and our future enjoyment so special in our newly decorated beautiful living room."

"Raphael, Marcel, and Alex were fantastic, professional, respectful, kind, and easy to work with. Their quote was reasonable, their attention to detail was commendable, and we were very pleased with the result. They came up with new ideas and were flexible with ours, which enhanced the renovation and our experience. We recommend them highly and will use them again."

"Brian was with us from start to finish with our combined garage, powder room, laundry room remodel. He has an incredible attention to detail and he really cares about the quality of his work. There are very few problems that Brian cannot solve. He is also very creative, practical and talented. He works with great subs who showed up on time and did great jobs with the remodel. He and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Thanks Brian."

"These guys put the ‘master’ back in ‘craftsman’! Once on the job, they are on-the-job! Professionals, they will arrive early, work all day and clean up their mess before leaving. If there’s a question about how to address an issue, they will ask the customer, but always have solutions to offer. Make sure you have all the items you’re responsible for ordered (appliances, counter top, cabinets, faucet, hardware etc.) and in-house, or with delivery dates because you will have trouble keeping up with them once they start! Quality of work is outstanding and always with an attention to detail. The job stayed on budget, all additional work was done under change orders – except one instance. Make certain to ask whether any changes being discussed come under the scope of the contract or are additional work. This is particularly important with sub-contractors like plumbing and electrical."

"Every step of the way was above expectations. Scheduling was easy, I was notified of ETA, and Al, our technician, was prompt and thorough. We needed our gas fireplace cleaned, and the job was done thoroughly, carefully, and efficiently. Our 25+ year old fireplace now functions perfectly and looks amazing. Can’t beat the price. 10/10 recommend."

"Hassan and his team are fantastic. I worked with him on multiple large and small projects and recommend him wholeheartedly. Hassan is skilled, honest and pleasant to work with and his pricing is very fair. He is a go-to whether you are a homeowner or investor. You will be satisfied."

"The project was done promptly and excellent clean up."
