"AJ and his team were great. Prompt, responsive, and highly professional. The job including demo of existing structures in a semi-finished basement, installation of French drain and sump pump, and cleaning and painting of walls. They completed the job on time; AJ was responsive to a minor issue the cropped up as a result of the demo; and they left our basement very clean. They went above and beyond. We have had multiple heavy rains since the work was done, and our basement has remained dry. No issues at all. We could not be more pleased with the result."

Since they were both waterproofing (installing a sump pump system) and finishing the basement there were two different crews but each one was knowledgeable and took care and time to show me every step they were making. There were a few times where communication from the head office was a little lacking but the team members themselves were great. Upon returning the plumber initially stated that his original call to my home was due to a clogged drain, which was incorrect, and stated that he would repair it if I paid him. The original call was due to a leaking drain. After checking his call log he repaired the leaking drain. Other than this hiccup the overall service and repair was done well."

Although I did have to prove to the repairman after he unclogged the drain and said he was finished, that there was still a leak by putting a paper towel underneath the pipe. 15 minutes later after going to his truck 3 times, he found the leak and stopped it. Then the job was done. The price was fixed depending on the problem. Time had nothing to do with the price. He was here less than 30 minutes."

"The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."

"They are very expensive. Three workers showed up at 9:30 with shovels. They completed the project and were gone by 3. They replaced 20 feet of pipe with PVC the bill was 4,300. I feel it was a bit high. I expected that it would require a backhoe or at least a ground tamper to tamp down the dirt. They did the job well, however I would shop the price before hiring them."
