He quoted us several different options. He never tried to sway us one way or the other. No relentless pressure sales and answered all our questions. Ken does excellent work. He answered all our questions even those that were not pertaining to our water heater. He put the water heater in a pan with a drip line so that we can see if it starts leaking.
