"It seems to have gone well, time will tell. I've used BFP in the past, as I appreciate that the job will be done right, the first time. They arrive on time, are polite, professional ... One issue is pricing transparency. The estimate was approximately $1000, but no breakdown between Parts and Labor. I looked up the part online $260, Service call $59, so Labor/Overhead was $681. The plumber was here 4 hours. I understand Fixed Price estimates and the risk, but this seems a little high. They also have franchise fees, trucks, office and other overhead. This being said, I'll hire them again. Also, they take AMEX which is important to me."
