What I didn't expect and was very displeased with was the installation fee. The installation fee was just under the price of the heater, costing me $400.00. I considered that way out of line for the amount of time it took the service man to complete the work (just over 1 hour). I suppose that's my bad for not inquiring into that before the service man came out. It will factor into my decision in the future to whether or not I use them again"

"I called on 3/6/11 about 3 pm and they were there the next morning at 11:00. Two guys came out, unclogged the toilet drain line, tightened the bolts to sink bracket, repaired toilet handle and installed a new toilet seat. The workers were very polite and professional. They cleaned their mess when finished. In fact the bathroom looked better when they finished than when they started. I was very pleased with their work. I will gladly use their services again
