"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"

"Great job on the house, they had everything installed in 3 days and once the LAWP Panel from the power company and hooked everything, then everything was working well. they took care of all the paper works and documentation, and everything was done quickly. Best price available for us."

"There were 2 teams that came to the door, one for the deck and the other for the paver project, I explained the details and even showed them a somewhat blueprint of my dream deck and these guys were on point! ... The pavers were finished quick and my old deck was demolished, the wood was in pretty bad shape. The guys built it and refinished it with the waterproof stain I had chosen. I was amazed at their hard work. Maybe once or twice they ran late by coming in 15/20 min  late,  but they did a great job overall.
The pavers had a combo of cobble stone and river stone which led to the grassy area."

"I have had 3 major projects done to my house over the last 5 years. First we added a master bedroom and converted the old master bedroom into a walk-in closet and master bath. Our experience with the contractor we used for that project (NOT Big 3)was just ok. Next was our kitchen, we found a crew from several home shows, Pacific Kitchens, WHAT A NIGHTMARE!! Look them up on Angie's and you'll see my review. Stay away from them, poor work quality and horrible customer service,especially for the price we paid The most recent was a total backyard demo and re-do, we used Big 3. I wish I would have found them long ago!! What a great experience, from beginning to end.

Their price was in line with all other quotes but the quality of their work and their service was off the charts! USE THESE GUYS FOR ANY HOME PROJECT YOU HAVE! Ian was the guy handling our project and he was very creative with his thoughts and ideas for making our backyard one we will enjoy for many years. Their service was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced with a GC and the quality of their output, well I am still awed by it.
Their workers were nice, neat and efficient and the coordination of the project was handled better than I could imagine.

Their work included complete demo of our backyard. We had Ian build a covered outdoor living area including an open wood beam ceiling (BEAUTIFUL) electrical heaters, a water feature, pavers, and 3 very nice gates. He also stuccoed our fence so no more cinder block yeah!!!!

Ian, you and the crew did an awesome job and I will use you for my future projects and gladly refer you to anyone I know. Thanks for doing such a great job!"

Meir and his team did a wonderful job!

our kid's bathroom was the last bathroom to be taken care of , in the last couple of months prior to the renovation we had some plumbing and water flow issues.

so we needed to take care of it ASAP!

our idea was to catch 2 birds with one stone to repair the plumbing issues and to give our kid a new bathroom/bathtub.

so once we agreed , we shopped around with our friends, we knew a good guy  but we wanted to try another company for this project.

so Meir the owner was introduced to us through a friend of a friend, we clicked almost immediately!

they were so polite and nice we knew we are in good hands, we know it's not a big project but they reassured us that they are handling any size of projects with the same attention as

we all set down with Meir and Rafi his partner and discussed what's needed , some idea's we had and some idea's Meir and Rafi shared from past projects.

by the second meeting we all agreed on all the details and the project begun a week later.

the

construction team was very courteous and respectful to our house, furniture and us!

they always made sure to contain the debris and remove each end of the day,

the project took about 3 weeks from top to bottom.

we are very happy with the result.

"I purchased the coupon for 189.00 for two technicians and they worked the two hours. It ended up being an addtional hour of work due to the hole they had to drill for the overflow.  Very happy with the work performed, cleanup and the price was really great even with the additional hour needed.  I will definitely hire again for more jobs needed done around my home.
