Ace Ventura came out and found rats eating through my ducting, wires and insulation. Rick was great he took pictures and showed me what was going on as I was too afraid to go up there. He gave me much needed relief when he closed up the very large holes they chewed. His team also cleaned out my whole entire attic and replaced with brand new insulation, fixed my ducting and wires. "Our crawl spaces are very expansive. It took a day for the workmen to clean the areas, remove the insulation, pour the concrete, and set-out traps to make sure that there wasn't any new animal activity in our crawl space. A week later, the workmen came to check the traps and then install new wall and ceiling insulation. The workmen were punctual, diligent, courteous, and tidy. It's great to finally have the area cleaned-up and knowing that we'll have minimal, if any, future animal and rodent activity. We also signed-up for RRS's annual maintenance program at a very reasonable cost. Our biggest shout out is for owner James. "In the process of selling their home to us , the former owner was told by another termite company that  $7,000 worth of work was needed to kill both dry-wood and subterranean termites in the house and detached garage. Having had some previous experience with termites, I went under the house and looked for myself.  I could find no evidence of them there.  So I called Hi Tech, who had done termite work for me in the past. They don't currently advertise in Sebastopol, but they said they would come up for a small travel fee.
 Jim came out and did a thorough inspection.  I was very impressed with his knowledge and honesty. I have dealt with several termite inspectors in the past 30 years, and he is the best I've seen. It turns out that there were a few termites in exterior the trim boards and siding, but none under the house.  The other company wanted $7,000 to tent the house and garage.  Hi Tech said no tenting was needed, and quoted a price less than one quarter of that amount.

"Gabriel has been excellent from beginning to end!! He came out and gave me his estimate and was able to start right then and there with plugging up all the holes where the rodents were getting in.
