"We initially called Resnick Roofing after seeing positive reviews on Angie's List for a roof inspection due to a leak. Craig arrived to evaluate and recommended a roof replacement, which I knew was about due, and was not simply a sales tactic. He was very upfront, provided recommendations on things I could do myself to prep for it. Craig was also very up front and stated they would not be the cheapest if I was going to get estimates, but it was for good reason. After going through the entire process and spending $17,000, Craig was not wrong. The customer service was top notch. The workmanship was excellent. We were assigned a project manager, Jordan. Jordan kept in touch with us, and was always reachable via cell or email. If you want excellent service and workmanship, I highly recommend them. We will need gutters and siding in the future and will use them again. Their communication throughout the entire process was great and we used Resnick based on previous reviews. Those reviews were spot on."

"This company was great. Carlo was very upfront and honest with me about the professionalism and capabilities of this company and assured me that all work would be completed correctly and quickly. It took less than 1 week after signing the contract to have the crew at my house to begin work and they were very professional. "First, the process of getting the estimate was quick and easy. They provide a digital image of what the house was going to look like. It was impressive because they did it while they were there. Massimo was the guy who came for our estimate. He's very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We went with board and baton on the bottom, faux cedar shake on top, new gutters, and new soffit and fascia. Then, once the materials were in, we were told it would take two weeks to finish the whole project. Sounds reasonable for all of the work that needed done.... But just wait, keep reading... George, the project manager, came out on day one of the project. Seriously, he was the friendliest guy and also knows his craft well. Before they began work he informed me of something that might be an issue. We weighed the risk and decided to go forward. Fortunately, it turned out we were okay and there was no issue BUT could you imagine if they started working first and we weren't prepared for what could have been an extra expense?! That's what I mean about George knowing what he's doing, he kept us informed the whole time. The team of guys were working on our home for 12 hours a day and they were busy the whole time. They were very friendly and obviously knew what they were doing. I posted a few progress photos of the work they did so you can see the process. They ended up finishing our home in FOUR days! We had expected a lot longer. They were amazing! Afterwards, we received a follow up call from Massimo to see how things went. Of course we love the transformation and this company has certainly been aptly named... Our home has a new look! After a few days one of the project managers came to take a look and asked if we had any questions or feedback. They have been helpful every step of the way! If you're considering a new look for your home definitely give Massimo and George a call, you won't regret it!
