"The Pro Nathan did a good job overall. However, I was charged four hours, and I noticed that the time did not equal 4 hours after I saw Nathan take an hour's lunch, which I believe was added to the service hours. Additionally, I noticed after he left that he left the panel off of the circuit breaker, leaving it for me to re-install."

"Called them to install an EV Charger for my 2024 Audi. The project was complicated by the fact that my main breaker box is in the 3rd car garage upfront and the main garage is in the rear of my home and they needed to run a 120+ feet cable through the attic(s) to get the wiring. They did a fantastic job installing the wiring. Although they had to drill a few holes they were responsible enough to patch them after the job was completed. Everything worked fine for a few months until summer, when the charger started tripping when used at 100% (220v 11kw), so I had to switch back to 50% (110v 5.6kw). At this point I am not sure if it's a charger issue or if it's an issue with the wiring. Called them again for an inspection and they were more than willing to come out and help me figure out the issue. Still actively working with them on isolating the issue. Very helpful, great customer service and reasonable pricing. Will hire again."

"James was fantastic. I had two smoke alarms that were chirping. I was unable to tell if they were just smoke detectors or if included the carbon monoxide detector, too. He aid he would buy both in order to have on hand once he got to my house. After checking out the price at Home Depot, he went by his supplier to see if cheaper there and they were. That saved me $16. He installed the one downstairs and as he was going to replace the one in the upstairs hallway, he heard the detector chirp again. He realized it was the one in the second bedroom that was the culprit. Had he not noticed that I would still be having to live with that chirp. I cannot recommend him enough! Would certainly use again. "

"Needed stove wall plug replaced and moved. Also found out rewire to breaker box. MB Electric electrician Cory spoke to owner Mike. I was informed it would take 4 hours and I would have to ok a contract. OK it takes 4 hours. Cory arrives minutes before 10 A.M. and finishes at 11:20 A.M. Problem is I'm paying 145 dollars an hour for 4 hours for a little over an hours work. 580 dollars was the labor cost. MB Electric in my case way overestimated the work needed. I can't be the only one. Will not be using this company again. Can't trust them."
