"Joe is incredibly professional & great at communicating. He obviously loves what he does & cares about the quality of workmanship. He was hired after another painter was in our home for 2 weeks & never completed a room. Joe has completed our whole house inside (including fixing shoddy quality left by 1st painter) in 2 weeks! He saw the poor workmanship on some barn doors that were installed & told me that if I got him new doors, he would paint & install those too. He’s so good at what he does & takes such pride in his work. I also love that he doesn’t smoke & leave cigarette butts all over our property or leave our home smelling like smoke. "This job was done in February 2017. I just discovered I never finished writing the review. So here it is 3 years later. First, doing this review now lets me tell you that our new metal roof made it through Hurricane Michael with flying colors. We had other storm damage ($25,000 worth) but the roof did fine. The job was done on schedule though interrupted by two afternoon heavy rain events. First class installation by a team that showed up on-time each morning, worked hard and got along well together. They were proud of their work and and cleaned up the site when done even using a magnetic sweeper to lift any roofing nails that might have fallen. The roof we chose was white which made our house really stand out over the gray siding and white trim. Moreover, our HVAC bills were lowered (I track it). Last, I want to tell you that Guyson are more than just roofers after your money. They are fine local people. Recently, my 94 year-old neighbor climbed on his roof to do some repairs. He fell off the roof onto a concrete pad and spent 5 days in intensive care. 20-some staples in his head, boot on his left leg and badly bruised ribs but super lucky to be alive. Needless to say, he's not going to get on the roof anytime soon. I get "the cat claws" when I'm on a pitched roof. So I called Guyson and when they heard the story they came out and looked at the job. Although they are swamped and this is a small job they're gonna do finish the repair anyway. God love 'em. BTW, my neighbor's fall is how I found out I never finished this review I started in 2017."

"<p>This is the second job we've had Mr. Rhoads do for us. (Roof repair was the first).  Just as before, he was prompt in getting a quote for gutters to us which was less than we were thinking it would be.  His son came out to measure and went over thoroughly with us now we wanted them to look. He ordered the materials and got to work as soon as they came in.  Mr. Rhoads and his crew are consistent in their quality work. They are tidy while working and efficient.  We will definitely be using them again with future projects.  </p>"

"Pole barn construction was professional, workers and quality were great. We are very happy with the building. A sub-contractor was employed by ToolTime for the driveway. Concrete was not as described and poorly installed. James (owner) worked diligently to resolve the issue with both the concrete company and the sub-contractor. While it took a little time, the situation has been resolved to our satisfaction."
