I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. Furthermore, he even offered to beat the already-low Cyber Monday price from the other retailer if I wanted to cancel my order with them due to a delivery issue. Top notch customer service! His installation team was equally impressive. They went above and beyond for us, fixing a leaky washer hose they discovered when they went to fix the dryer and hauling off the packaging from the new stove in addition to the old unit. They installed the new stove meticulously, explained all of their work and checked and double checked to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. "This was excellent service. My refrigerator was no longer cooling and items in the freezer were slowly melting. I contacted Junior at 9AM and set an appt for 1:30PM and he was on time! By 3:30PM he had replaced the compressor and everything was perfect with 6mths warranty. "Timothy Hadley is absolutely wonderful! He came to the apartment to pick up the television and brought it to his location to be inspected. He got us a quote within a day, as well. I loved that before he even came to get the tv, he checked to make sure it was worth fixing. He is very honest and forthright in his dealings. Within a day, he had fixed the television and brought it back in perfect working order. He then took our speaker equipment and fixed that as well. I would recommend him to anyone who has any kind of electronic repair. He is a great person, both professionally and ethically. Overall, between the tv and the speakers (which are both very expensive equipment), we spent $1000 but it was as far less than it would be to purchase these things brand new. Timothy is a class act!"
