"Guillermo was absolutely fantastic and we are very happy with the fence and overall value. The fence is a dual sided redwood privacy fence that he hand cut on the last plank to line it up with the curves of a tree! We mentioned that the neighbors didn't want to be able to see through it, so he ensured they can't. I also appreciate that he took an old gate I wanted to repurpose as a trash can screen and incorporated it into the fence design with no problem. I see this fence outside my window and along my walkway so I really wanted to make sure I made the right choice in fence companies and Guillermo exceeded my expectations!"

"Overall I am very pleased with my new fence. It took a few months to get them out to walk the job and schedule, but I was told that when I called (I think Covid home improvement demand kept them busier than normal). Mark showed up as scheduled, made some good recommendations on his proposal. It was a big job and I was told it might take 1 1/2 days, but they completed the entire job in one day and left the yard spotless. The crew was hard working, polite and efficient. I will definitely use them again!"

"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"

"My 23 years old tile roof need to be replaced due to poor quality material used by previous local roofer. After search through 6 estimates, I pick Tony's bid because he listen to my concern and his prices seems fair. Normally roofing job starts in April or May, after the raining season, but our roof was leaking in several spots and Tony and Tino (the roofer) started the project in February. With the wettest raining season in recent memory in LA, it was a challenge to work on roof during the break between rain storms, but Tony and Tino's crew pull through the challenge. During the process, Tino also points out several issues with our chimney and he was able to do a thural repair and painting while he was up on the roof. As with any construction project, we encounter areas that need extra work and Tony was very easy to talk to and we were able to reach a reasonable price for the extra work. The only complaint I have about the whole project is that during the project, the crew allow the dirt got into my gutter and the cleaning process was not as thural as I'll like. Overall, I am very pleased with our roof project with OM Construction. Tony is very responsive during the process and address my concern very quickly. Tino's experience and attention to detail make me feel confident about the quality of our roof job."

He works with both wood and metal so was able to match the colors and style I wanted exactly. The quality of his craftsmanship is amazing. And he’s so nice! He even helped me fix a broken cabinet. "I dealt with the sales Manager Shan Gevorkian and found him very professional from the get-go. He offered a price that was better than I had been quoted from other competitors although it wasn't cheap and I believe you get what you pay for. Once we had agreed to move forward he set a date and promised all construction would be done during the week we had agreed upon. His crew came out and began tearing down the old Pergola by day two they already had both of the old dilapidated pergolas removed and had begun construction on the smaller of the two new ones. By the middle of the week I liked what I was seeing so much that I decided to have my two Side gates replaced as well with the vinyl. Shan promised me that this could be done within the original timeframe we had agreed upon and impressively by the end of the week it was done along with the pergolas. I am very impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail and very satisfied with how they kept on schedule. The only negative thing I could say is the two main workers are rather loud and let's say passionate about their work. Sometimes I heard them having rather heated discussions about their work. I can honestly say it didn't bother me because when I went out to see what they done at the end of each day it showed that they actually cared what they were doing rather than just slapping it together. I would not hesitate to use these guys again and to recommend them to my neighbors. In fact I plan to have them to the fencing around the yard when my finances permit.
