"Wonderful customer service experience. Called the number, got a person on the line who could answer my question or would call me back with the answer. The technicians assigned were fantastic. They explained what was going on, and got the job done right the first time. When they finished, they showed us what they did, and made sure it was up to our level of satisfaction. Definitely will recommend to anyone who asks."

"Very busy company, and since we had no insulation after a ceiling replacement project, I needed to hire a company that was available sooner. They were excellent at contact and followup and seemed to have plenty of business."

"I would recommend this business to everyone. We were in a bind and Cameron called me back on the weekend and let me bring him my pump late night to him. He fixed it on the spot and was happy to help. Customer service is hard to find these days, but Cam showed it still exists. Good guy and knows what he's doing. I'll be getting him to do my dock well now. Thank you again Cam!"

"Replaced ice maker drive motor, reset water feed hose to ice maker, installed new water pump and installed ice maker auger. Service involved 3 visits. Tyler was tech for each trip. Very pleasant and professional. Scheduling appointments was easy and people were very friendly. Saved me from shopping for new appliance."

"Performed inspection in under house crawl space and ruled out any evidence of an active termite infestation. Replaced prior unsatisfactory service provider (Wilkinson Services) and put our house under a termite maintenance/retreatment plan. Technician was courteous and professional during performance of the services."

"He was courteous, and compassionate. He located the pipe that was leaking, and replaced the pipe. He even installed me a access panel, which will definitely come in handy. His price was definitely affordable and his professionalism was truly "Awesome"."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"Second time I called this company in for the same problem. They had to direct the city of Portsmouth as to where the problem was. It took a while but when Portsmouth finally showed up, they had replaced the damaged clean out that Portsmouth couldn't use the first call but insured the total repair was better than ever. Did it in the rain and sleet but no complaints from them or me either. So professional and accurate. They are on my speed dial for all plumbing."
