Four seasons staff are true professionals, they had a crew of 20 people working from 7:00 am till about 5:00 p.m. They arrived fully equipped and worked until roof was completed. The following day the Gutters were installed and voila!, my roof was completed and my yard was cleaned as if nothing happened. Professional service. "Royal Roofing did a great job replacing our roof and gutters. When it came to the roof, they arrived at 7:30am and were done by 3pm. Before they began working everything was carefully tarped and protected – including the neighbor’s house. Throughout the project, Mike, the project manager, kept us up-to-date about the progress with pictures taken from a drone. The drone pictures were also given to us for our records. We had the gutters done on another day, and once again, the job was done right. There was attention to detail from start to finish. Both Mike, and Jamie who worked on the gutters, took pride in their work. The roof, gutters and soffits look great. The old roofing and gutters and the mess that goes with the jobs was removed and everything was cleaned up before they left. Mike, the project manager, was great. He came to our house with a drone for the estimate and familiarized us with the work that they do and the warranties that come with the job. All of our questions were answered and written estimates provided. While the roof was being worked on Mike was onsite making sure that everything ran smoothly. He interacted well with the neighbors and put everyone at ease. When the gutters were done, he kept in touch and once again, everything went well. I definitely recommend them and would hire them again."

Brothers resided our new home, replaced the roof, gutters, soffits, flashing of the chimney, replaced a new window, and pitched part of one of our chimney's. The work was impeccable. The owner was available for questions, the foreman was approachable, the workers kept the property neat, and our home looks brand new on the exterior. "I needed to replace an attic vent fan with a new replacement fan I'd already purchased. Not a critical job or something that had to be done fast. The main guy, who owns the company with his partner/brother, brought his electrician with him. They explained what they needed to do to remove the old fan housing and install and hook up the new one. The price they quoted and charged was no less or more than other quotes I had. They worked fast, appeared to know what they were doing, got the new fan working. That was a couple of days ago. If the roof and flashing doesn't leak after some heavy rains and snows, that will be the final test to determine whether everything was done just right. So far, so good. The electrician also thoughtfully took some time to check my outdoor central a/c unit, which coincidentally had died the night before, and verified that there weren't any electrical problems, then put me in touch with an hvac guy for possible repair or replacement."
