Main concern is that we’ve had to reschedule multiple appointments last minute which has been a major inconvenience due to moving around of plans. Also received 10+ missed calls in a 5 min time span when I was in the middle of an appointment. I understand they were trying to call to let me know they had to reschedule my appointment again but would appreciate a message being left after the first call. Overall good experience (too early to tell about my mice issue but looks like a thorough job) but would appreciate them being able to be more reliable on keeping scheduled appointments."
