"Doug contacted me in minutes after I listed clogged drain. He met me in an hour and told me his fee after inspecting the drain. He informed of the risk of damaging the lead pipe and said he would wave his fee in case of damage. He cleared the drain and suggested Replacing the vent cap He was personable and polite and charged a reasonable $265 for an hour and a half of service"

"Bright knows exactly what he's doing and how to fix a major plumbing issue. Very professional, prompt, has very clear communication, is hard working, very hard working, and personable. He has the proper equipment do diagnose and fix the problem in a timely manner. His knowledge of plumbing is also exemplary. It was a pleasure doing business with him and will hire him for future jobs. Thank you Bright!"

"The plumber arrived on schedule and did a fine job clearing the clogged drain. We will definitely use them again if the need arrises."

"Wicked Plumbing was very responsive in comparison to other plumbers I had called during a weekend emergency. Water was at the inch or so level in a three inch drip pan (with no overflow drain) for a leaking electric water heater. Nick was great to deal with and had the job completed in a short time period. Replace your water heater before this happens. It was a ten year old water heater (second floor condo). It could have been a disaster if someone wasn't around. Highly recommend!!"

"Today my wife was washing clothes and decided to use the downstairs bathroom. When she walked in, there was water coming from the shower drain and onto the floor. She called me at work to let me know what was going on. I left work right away and on my way home I called Bass Reddy Rooter. I was able to speak to Tim, who was very easy to talk to, and he reassured me that they would be able to take care of my problem. Within a short period of time, John arrived at my house, and after assessing the problem, he unclogged the drain pipe, and we were back to being able to use our water again. I can’t say enough about John, and the way he explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Bass Reddy Rooter to anyone who has a septic system issue."

"It went very smoothly. There was one minor hiccup that wasn't discovered until after 9pm on the evening of the installation, but we called the 24-hour service line and within 20 minutes, there was a tech back at our house to fix the issue. I would contract H L Bowman to do work for us again in a heartbeat."

"TPK LLC did an amazing job unclogging my kitchen drain. They were professional, quick, and got everything flowing perfectly again. Great communication, fair pricing, and excellent service. Highly recommend!"

"He is exceptional with his work ethics and a true professional. Jim was one of the best contractor I have ever worked with and I would highly recommend him for what ever job you have. He shows up as scheduled and returns calls or texts the same day. That is unheard of from all the contractors I have used in the past. If I could rate his work with more stars I certainly would. Bill Murphy"
