"Our home still had the original 1962 kitchen and we wanted to completely renovate it. We worked with Vic from Johnson and Sons, and expanded the the kitchen from 80 sqft to over 200, moved all the appliances ~15-20 feet, ran new electric/water/gas, rebuilt the floor, knocked down a wall, rewired a lot of the old wiring, and got all new cabinets + countertops. This was our first major remodel and since we weren't doing this to flip the house, we wanted to really do it right. Vic was helpful, courteous, and energetic and really helped us figure out the right approach. I was impressed at how reliable they were, with them only showing up late once or twice over the 2.5 months they were working on the house. Vic and his guys were also good communicators and we never felt we were in the dark. Like all older houses, ours had its fair share of craziness that we only found out once we opened up the walls and ceiling. Vic and the rest of the people at Johnson and Sons were always helpful and solution-oriented, which helped keep things moving along. They're pre-work price estimate + timeframe were pretty spot on too. The final price was about 3% higher, which is not bad at all! The timeframe was pretty accurate too, and hard to blame them for the week and a half delay caused by Seattle's Snow-pocalypse of 2019. We look forward to working with Vic and Johnson and Sons again in the future. They will definitely be our go-to-guys when we need work done!"

"Ilya and team were great! Communication was timely and constant. Ilya is a hard hard worker and made our master bathroom amazing. He took out our tub and single shower and installed 2 shower head bathroom with heated flooring, floating vanity, and another light above the shower. He is respectful of our home and a dog person for sure! He left everything nice and neat and went through thoroughly to ensure he did not leave any dust or debris past his working hours. "We bought a home in Redmond which needed a lot of renovation work like removing the popcorn ceiling,existing flooring removal and new floor installation,adding a brand new kitchen including cabinet installation, wall removal to make it a great room, bathroom remodeling, entry door installation and whole house exterior and interior painting. Siam worked with us through out the project giving ideas and suggestions. Also allowing us to choose our products and help us cutting the cost being a very big project. He gave price list for every single work. We compared the cost with a couple of others but Siam seemed to be reasonable. Also others came up for a minimum 5month timeline but Siam was able to complete within 2.5 months though he had a couple of other active projects. Excellent commitment and work."

"Overall the project went very well. We interviewed 5 different contractors and picked Vic because we liked his price, we liked the fact that he was going to do most of the work himself, and we felt that we could work with him. The project was supposed to be done in about a month, and ended up taking close to 2 months. Part of the delay was materials and the plumber, and a few days were lost because of surgery and a previously scheduled vacation, but ultimately we did get the bathroom and tub room we had hoped for. Although we were originally considering luxury vinyl, Vic did steer us toward tile. He did an excellent job of installing the tile on the floor and around the new tub, and it all looks beautiful. He also did several small things at the end of the project (such as replacing towel bars in another bathroom, installing a curtain rods and a shade, and replacing an electrical outlet) at no cost."
