"This was the 2nd home improvement job they performed for us! We previously had a total kitchen remodel and Qualified Remodeling did an outstanding job! Since we were so satisfied with the Kitchen Remodel, we decided that we wanted them to do our Master Bathroom. We received other estimates that were higher than Qualified Remodeling although we knew we wanted Qualified Remodeling to do the job! The price they quoted us was less than the other estimates we received from 2 other contractors and we knew the quality of work because of our prior experience! Although our kitchen remodel had been completed over 2 years prior, we had the same crew that was going to do our bathroom. We were amazed that after 2 years, Qualified Remodeling had the same employees that were going to be doing the work! "Our new kitchen is beautiful, functional, and better than we could have imagined. AES transformed our cramped, galley-style kitchen into a show piece. Overall, the process was fairly smooth from design through execution. We enjoyed working with their interior designer/concierge person, Shawna—picking materials and products was a breeze, and we had the benefit of AES's direct relationship with some quality vendors. Furthermore, they produced good-quality architectural 3-D renderings which were very helpful for the design process. One nice anecdote: At the beginning, I let AES know that I wanted to do painting (to save a bit of money, and to do it to my liking). The kitchen crew still did fantastic wall prep—perfectly primed and smooth. The kitchen crew also carefully removed the old cabinetry intact and in good condition, allowing me to donate it eventually. I have one word of warning for customers undertaking any similar remodel: avoid Best Buy if you can! AES typically brings their clients to Best Buy for picking out appliances. While we were super happy with the products we bought, dealing with Best Buy was a nightmare. One appliance arrived damaged and Best Buy gave both us AND our AES rep the run-around trying to get it replaced. Thankfully, AES had our back and it was finally sorted and the appliance re-installed by the wonderful kitchen crew. The kitchen was finished sooner than expected too, with no loss to attention to detail."

"Taylor Made was recommended by my good friend and neighbor, Mary, who had hired them to remodel her bathroom years ago. When I called Kevin, I knew I was in good hands. His design ideas were more creative and detailed than those of other remodelers, so I chose them to renovate my primary bathroom as well. Among other things, he suggested a better spot for the handheld shower, a shelving area for leg shaving, and a pull-down shelf in the vanity cabinet. I was able to select all my bathroom items at the Ferguson showroom in Timonium, which made the process convenient and efficient. The crew was always pleasant and cheerful, and one of my neighbors even commented on how respectful they were—something that means a lot to a condominium owner. Unfortunately, the plastic laid down to protect my bedroom carpet left a sticky film that couldn’t be professionally cleaned. When I informed Kevin, he immediately offered to replace the entire rug- which they did. I’m grateful to have chosen a company that not only did outstanding work but also stood by its workmanship. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wants a reputable company."
