"They came out to pressure wash the deck. Because I was wanting a stain, they had used an additive and stated that it would last for another year and a half before the stain was truly needed. They said the stain would cost another $100 or so. They were a bit vague and I would have appreciated them being more specific about the services provided and their costs, plus the time frame that they were willing to come out to complete the work."

Has a great work ethic (worked through those humid 95 degree days).  He also made some revisions that actually cut the cost of the project. We would definitely bring him back for work on our property. Last, he cleaned up everything, nothing was left in the yard or on the sidewalks.

"We are having a fence put up along our property lines and needed several shrubs and small trees cleared out. I called Freestate on Friday, the 25th and was able to set up an estimate for the following Sunday morning. Ben showed up on time, gave an estimate and confirmed they would be able to get me on the schedule for that week.
He promised to follow up with me right away to confirm the details. I received a voicemail later in the day confirming that we were on the schedule for the following day! We had a couple emails back and forth and received extremely fast responses each time.
As promised, the crew came out on Monday and removed everything. They did a great job clearing everything out without leaving any debris. The stumps were also ground out and my lot looks like there were never any shrubs/ trees planted in that location.
We had a great experience from the first phone call through the completion of the job and would recommend them to anyone needing tree work.

"I initially purchased a big deal for $79 roof maintenance, being that I have had shingles fly off of the roof about five or six times during the past five years. Small maintenance had been conducted to repair over time, yet I was unaware of how bad off my roof truly was. The biggest problem was the latest event, where recent strong winds had resulted in numerous shingles being blown off of my roof. I was advised that an emergency tarp should be placed on my roof until the problem could be further resolved. Within a day, the emergency tarp was placed and plans were made to install a new roof.  A total of four professionals arrived at my home on install day and did a fantastic job. I am very impressed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is having problems with their roof or if they need to install a new one.
