He was up-front and transparent on the costs and options and worked with us to schedule his crew to do their work while we were out of town. His crew came in the days before we left to sand the area and put down stain color samples on the floor. They were very meticulous and careful. They cleaned up after themselves and left very little dust. We selected our stain color and when we returned all the floors looked fantastic! He has an experienced crew that knows exactly what they are doing. The pictures attached here shows the result before they came back to put quarter rounds back on and paint the floor boards, but shows the finished floor. "Trent and his crew were all very professional and did an amazing job. Our addition had been started by another contractor several years ago but never completed. Trent made sure everything was properly done and if it wasn't his crews fixed what needed to be fixed until it was done right. After correcting the things that needed fixing they laid all the flooring, tiled the shower, finished the plumbing, HVAC, and wiring, put in the fixtures, painted, built a deck and enlarged our driveway , put in new gutters and gutter guards and some other stuff. The work is too notch and we wholeheartedly recommend them. Their customer service was also great. We have already hired them to do some painting, carpeting and repair work in the main house part of it to start in the fall and the rest early next year per our time frame on when we want the work done. "They found my floors to be too wet to install the flooring when they gave me an estimate.  They had a second employee stop by with another meter to double check the wetness of the floors.  Then they were kind enough to leave a Driez electronic moisture counter with me to show the company who dried the floors that they were still damp.  They left the mositure meter with me for several weeks until the wetness issue was resolved to my satisfaction.  Their knowledge and customer service spoke volumes about their company.  They went above and beyond to help me out with a very stressful situation.

"Fred and his crew did a magnificent job installing hardwood downstairs and blending it into existing 18 year old flooring. They also installed hardwood on entire 2nd floor. Also they stained all shue molding to match the floor. We cannot express enough how great the flooring looks also out of 5 estimates they were $1200 lower than the 2nd lowest price.
