"I was looking to possibly replace my water heater. It is old but functions fine and I have no problems. After talking with Water Heater Now rep he told me that since I have a well it might be better to leave my current functioning water heater. He explained that while they offer excellent warranty I am better off with an older model if I don't have any problems. While I decided I will keep my water heater until it shows a problem I will definitely call Water Heater Now when I need a new water heater."

"Neil is a great guy to work with. Very professional and considerate of our needs. He installed our water heater and our softener. Good prices, too! Thank you, Neil, for promptly answering our calls and arriving on time!"

"Josiah was punctual. He did a fine job He replaced a few feet of plastic water lines with copper pipe and secured it to a piece of wood to hold it tight I had noticed when the washer filled with water the plastic water tubing would jump around. This secured it ! He put in a new faucet. It looks very nice. He got it all done in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and explained what needed to be done and we agreed. We also had him flush our water heater too we were very pleased with his work."

"Our technician was great. He was on time and quickly identified the problem as a leaking refrigerator, which surprised us since we had seen no water by or under the appliance. He charged us a nominal fee since we need to find someone else to repair the refrigerator since the problem is the unit itself and none of the connections."

"We decided to have our softener fixed instead for replacing. Did not choose Northern Plumbing for the task."

"I left a previous review after Mike with Randy's Electric came out to look at the job I wanted completed. That went great and I stated that if I went forward with the project I would hire him. Well, I went forward with the project and could not be happier. Everything went smooth on the date of installation. After discussing the location of the plug in site Mike thought the best location would be in a spot which required him to do extra wiring but there was no change in cost. He was excellent at explaining what he was doing and answering my questions. He even took the time to test everything with the generator hooked up to the transfer switch to make sure we everything worked properly. I have more electrical projects coming up and will definitely be hiring Mike at Randy's Electric. I recommend you do too! Oh and a really great perk is that Randy's Electric offers "same as cash" financing. I applied ahead of the start date and the process was super quick and easy. That really helped out."

"The experience with St. Paul Pipeworks was great! We noticed our hot water heater leaking last night, called them this morning and they were at our house by early afternoon. In less than 2 hours, our hot water was back and they left our house without a trace. Phil and Mike were very pleasant and professional. The estimate that Keith provided over the phone matched the actual cost. No surprises."

"Needed a leaking water heater replaced. Todd was great at providing a quote for the job, and working me into his schedule for the next day. Punctual and efficient...and within an hour or so I had a new water heater with hot water! Would highly recommend for a job well done."
