They offered the lowest estimate by far among multiple contractors, including essential features like edge intake vents that others tacked on as pricey add-ons. Their team responded quickly to my inquiry, and when I asked about materials I wanted, they provided it at no extra charge—unlike another contractor who demanded thousands more for the same. What stood out was their transparency; no games with inflated initial quotes followed by "special deals" that still ended up much higher, as I saw with several others. "I had a large job with an 8 bedroom home and a 150 year old, 2 story barn. I got several estimates and these guys came in with a good price, and more important, a very complete description right down to the flashing, the ice dams, the underlayment, ridge vents and 50-year GAF shingles. They arrived close to dawn and worked til sundown, usually about 12 hours. Everything was neat and organized and the result is beautiful. I don't know if the house will last as long as this roof!! They were easy to deal with and the communication with the office was outstanding. Financial arrangements were easy. I would not have wanted to use anyone but this company."
