"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"The repair man was very friendly and professional. I had a shirt stuck under the agitator in my washing machine and could not get it out. This company advertises that your service call will be applied to the parts/labor required for the repair and they stated that they did apply my service call fee of $119 to the repair charge, but they charged me $250 for work that took about 10 minutes. I appreciated their service, but I am somewhat disappointed that they dangle a $119 service charge out there for something I know is a 10 minute fix and then when the repair guy gets to my house before he starts working he tells me that the charge to repair my washing machine is going to be $250. They sure did not tell me that over the phone when I called them and I told them exactly what was wrong so they could have told me that over the phone. It seems like all the appliance repair places use this tactic now, which isn't very fair to the consumer."

"excellent communication and absolute professional service was provided to me in a timely manner. My appliance was attended to & fixed within 24 hours of calling. Would absolutely recommend! Reasonable pricing and quality service!"

"Mr. Wheeler was able to make a service call just a few hours after I called, and diagnosed a refrigerant leak/failed coil in a refrigerator that was not keeping food cold. He recommended replacement rather than repair due to the cost to replace the sealed cooling system."

"Very efficient and friendly and had to order the part but fixed it to work until the part arrived and then promptly came out and finished the repair cost friendly prices and great service man"

"Good that first tech who wasn't sure how to repair our microwave/convention oven scheduled another tech for the next day without charging house call. Poor that we were not given a detailed invoice. Not sure what part of $200 was parts and what was service time. Did the fuse really cost $150??"

"I contacted Mr. Love on Friday at around noon. He was available and arrived an hour and a half later, as promised. He looked over the items needing repair for a while. He had to leave for parts and returned about 45 minutes later. After he returned, he did the repairs and was on his way within a couple hours.

I had been dealing with the leaky tub for quite some time. It is such a HUGE relief to have it repaired! I literally almost cried once I realized it was fixed...really, really fixed!

Mr. Love is knowledgeable, experienced and reliable. He was kind, professional and his prices are very reasonable. I most certainly will be contacting him in the future for more repairs/updates! I'm starting a list already...."

"Mr wheeler, an authorized samsung service tech. Took extra time to test all systems before settling on a diagnosis. Fixed the problem and reset the circuit board. Only charged for a service call. An honest man."
