"We had been working with another company for four months but they were unable to solve our issue. John from Natures Balance came over the same day we requested a quote. He inspected our home and pointed out trouble areas with the work done by the previous Company. He completed the work and even offered to contact the company and provide pictures of the incomplete work. We are extremely happy to be rid of the unwanted pests and highly recommend this company."

"Raymond was very nice. He came out, set traps, removed/relocated groundhogs and did all he could do. He was very responsive and had great communication. He stopped by frequently to check traps and readjust as needed."
