Their crew who did the installation arrived in the timeframe we were promised, and they were also friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and cleaned up their mess when they were done. Another reason we liked using them for our roof project is they were able to replace a faulty gutter and a broken piece of siding hanging down on the roof, precluding us from having to find someone else to do that. We will be calling American Craftsmen when we want to replace our siding and windows. They take pride in how they do things, and it’s easy to see why they have so many great reviews. "My home was hit by a tornado and we had 5 trees fall onto our roof, crashing into a bedroom. General Repair & Restoration Service Inc. rushed to my rescue, removed the trees and secured a tarp over the roof before more rain hit. Then they removed/replaced the rafters, insulation and shingles. The bedroom got new drywall, a new window, the closet rebuilt, trim, new light fixture and painted. Outside, the siding, gutters and gutterguard was also replaced. Mr. Gentry worked with my insurance company which was a big help to me. Mr. Gentry and all of his workers were very polite and professional while at my home. They arrived as scheduled, came prepared with materials, and took care of the repairs as needed.  They treated my family and our belongings with great care and consideration.
