"Dan at Mercury Carpet and Flooring is fantastic!!! I had read lots of reviews as I wanted the best company in town to remove and install my new tile floor and I found the best company in town in Mercury Carpet and Flooring! As soon as we arrived at the store we met Dan and he was extremely helpful and knowledgable. We were unsure of when we were going to be closing on our house but Dan was patient and made sure we had the tile we loved when we needed it. During the tile removal process one of the sink pipes broke, but Dan communicated this to me extremely quickly and I was able to get it fixed the next day and Dan took care of the cost. Dan really wants his customers to be very happy and he definitely takes care of them. Tudor and his team came to install the tile at our house and they did a fantastic job, especially as the floor was very uneven. After Tudor was finished with the job we noticed that the corner of one of the tiles had a small crack so Dan and Tudor worked together and Tudor came back to fix it in a very timely manner, even though he was working on another project and again without charge. Everyone that comes into my home comments on the floor and how fantastic it looks and we could not be happier. We recommend Mercury Carpet and Flooring to all of our friends as Dan and Tudor did an unbelievably great job. When you are paying a considerable amount of money for a job to be done it is very important to have the right team involved and I honestly think that Mercury Carpet are the best tiling company in the area!! "Fantastic from the start to finish! We were going out of town for several weeks and I had to book over a month in advance. I did not know of a good company, off the top of my head and decided to check Angie’s List and Home Advisor. C&C came HIGHLY recommended and their reviews were stellar. So, I called ... + I ended up speaking to both Craig and his wife, Crissie (sp?) over the set-up and the various changes that occurred due to some issues on our end. They were both helpful, professional and extremely (to the max!) some of the best people I’ve ever worked with and the work that Craig did on the furniture, carpets and tile was stunning. EVERYTHING looked brand new! Literally, brand new! As a matter of fact, part of the reason for all the cleaning was that we were getting ready to begin showing our house to sell it. The cleaning took place on August 2. Our realtor saw it on August 7 and thought it was new carpet and that the tile looked magnificient — even asked for C& C’s business number to get her carpets cleaned! Chose a wood-look ceramic tile and am delighted with how beautiful it turned out. Adelfo Garcia - owner of AG Tile along with his crew did the installation and I could not have asked for better workmanship or attention to detail - from how the tile was laid to transitions from room to room. Would most definitely work with Eastern Flooring and AG Tile again!!!"

"After a substantial amout of shopping my wife and I settled on The Carpet Tree. Bill Lee with some input from Herb provided all detaits about the several carpets we were considering. We finally decided on one and we shared prices we had received from other carpet dealers with Bill. He was extremely competitive and he beat other prices we had received.  Then he was very flexible on scheduling installation as we were having wallpaper removed and the completion date was not firm. He ended up extending the installation date a couple of times.  Both Bill and Herb were a true pleasure to work with. They could not of been more cooperative. <br>Darrin as lead installer and Josh were excellent installers.  They were perfect and fast at moving furniture and putting the pad and carpet down. It turned out to be excellent carpet and a perfect installation job."

Found Mr. Milea to be very professional, punctual and helpful in coming to my home to make suggestions on the installation of the hardwood. The guys that installed the hardwood were at my home right at the time they said they would be there and were very professional. Was also pleased with their work ethics.
