"Really, very helpful, guys! I met with them because our roof was starting to get old in the garage. So, I decided to replace them before they begin to have leaks. I contacted the hometown restoration team over the phone, and they showed responsiveness and interest to provide us with an excellent job. He promised to return in a week to give me a presentation and a quote after my initial consultation. I was blown away when Luis returned a week later! He offered a PowerPoint presentation and explained the full details of our roof, which needed to be fixed together with their roofing licensing. "He showed up on the date arranged and did a complete roof analysis (he told me this by phone, since he did the "maintenance package" while I was at work). After examining, sealing and calking everything that needed it, he called me and let me know the status of my roof and anything that may need to be done for it.  Fortunately, everything looked good and nothing additional was needed.  This impressed me, since he obviously did not try to "upsell" me, asking me to purchase a service or object that wasn't really needed.  This alone earned my respect and trust!  I have had small leaks around the skylights, and so will test the quality of the calking when we have our next serious rain storm!

I want to add that I dislike having work done here by persons who travel great distances from their site to get here. The gasoline expenditure is too much! Ogden, the home base of this contractor, is quite far. But a local roofer wanted $500 to make the repair; I couldn't pass up the offer!

"In a recent high-wind storm, the aluminum fascia siding toward the roof line on my second story broke and blew off. The Gray Huskie team contacted me via text message. I was able to send a picture, and they gave me a pricing estimate. I also asked them to price gutter covers, and all of this was done via text message. Then, they offered to come out and measure my gutters and give me a final bid. Overall, the team was incredibly professional. They scheduled me quickly. They showed up on time, and the job was finished within the time estimate for completion (2-2.5 hours). I was happy with the work quality, and appreciated the quick responses.
