Charles is a perfectionist and his subs are as well. From the demo to the final reveal, everyone was respectful of our home and very careful to get their part just right. I can rave about Stephen (walls and electric), Martine and Luis (stone and tiles), as well as any and all who worked here. Charles himself is a great carpenter in addition to being the best GC. "It took a very long time to get a bid, almost three weeks and I had to contact him again in order to get it. We had a miscommunication regarding contact on one of the days of the job. The work was good, though we had to have him come back out to repair the latch on the gate he installed. He came out right away and took care of it promptly."

Nick arrived on time, spent an hour and a half surveying everything and gave me an estimate right on the spot. I immediately accepted and we were on our way. He color matched a house in my neighborhood that I liked, and it worked out perfectly. Carpenter Dan repaired all the exterior wood on the house prior to painting. He was extremely thorough, prompt and efficient. I can see why he's an asset to the Browder team! Arturo and his crew worked on the outside painting. I haven't seen a more professional team in all my adult life. They show up on time, no music blaring, no smoking, they review what they completed that day, they clean up after themselves everyday, they work consistently throughout the day with no strangers walking in and out, and, the result is a stunning, thorough, professional paint job. Juan E and Eric painted the inside and their work ethic was the same. They worked long days, were very flexible with any add-on's and changes, and gave me daily assessments of their progress. "One day we noticed a musty smell in our bathroom. Behind the toilet the baseboard was discoloring and rotting out. We called our insurance company and the leak had damaged the wall and floor. "I was not surprised to read and see that Landmark construction energy crew have such an excellent reputation online, as I would also recommend them and their jobs. We hired them to paint the exterior and interior of our house few months ago and they did a remarkable job. The job went on without any problem or issues even though we were not at the house part of the time due to a trip that we went on. The quality of the work that they did get into a minor delay and it took longer than expected, but it was not because of their fault. Before we hired Landmark construction energy crew, we had other contractors in at the same time and they were getting in each other’s way. When the paint project was completed, we were very satisfied with the final results. Our house looks brand new now and we can't say enough good things about how beautiful it came out. Charlie was the nicest and lovely man during the project and he was very in-depth, extremely detail oriented and he didn’t cut corners in any way. Charlie with his workers went above and beyond on our job to make us pleased and we felt like they treated our house as if it was his own. Charlie took pride in the job that they were doing and the final work can show that very clear. It’s sad to mention but those days, it’s very hard to find workers like that anymore. We also were very pleased with Jose (the main painter that ran the show when Charlie was not around). Joe stayed in close contact with Charlie and us as the job developed. "The staff at Rogall is very professional. Juan, who did all the prep work was very conscientious and kept the construction debris to a minimum. After installation we discovered that several doors had over spray on them.  We contacted the office, and the next day the owner Steve Rogall came to our home . He personally inspected the doors and even sent back 2 others we hadn't noticed. Steve is very involved with the customers satisfaction. When they brought the doors back they looked great. Rogall was slightly higher for their bid, but you get what you pay for. The end product was beautiful and their customer service is great."

"I found Geno through this site and called him to come give me an estimate for my 1950s California Ranch Style home. He arrived on time and was very professional throughout the estimate process. My little home was in desperate need a fresh paint job... In talking with him about the house trim, gable accents and new fascia boards, I knew he was going to take good care of my home AND that I could trust him to work independently!! The day the project was to start- he was there!! :) Throughout the project he was engaged in the process, I didn't need to babysit him and he had great paint color ideas too!! I found him to be extremely thorough at all stages of exterior painting and he takes his time with each step- he's not slapping the paint all over to just get the job done!!
