I then had them over to ask for a quote on replacing the floor and fixing subfloor issue especially in 2 spots, they said they would do it. they replaced the floors and did none of that. I just wasted thousands of dollar and will need to redo it. Do NOT hire these people, they do not care about your needs. Would give them negative stars if was possible"

We had to throw out the padding but managed to save the carpet. Larry responded so quickly and was so easy to work with. He stopped by the house the same day I called him and took measurements to replace the carpet padding.
