Unfortunately this past year we paid for a season pass of bi-weekly lawn mowing services plus an additional spring clean up service. Hero agreed to come by with the refund for part of the services he did not provide but has since ghosted us despite consistent attempts to reach out by phone, text, Zelle and in-person.
