They left the project in about the same condition that they found it at the start of their workday. They even worked around my dogs need to relieve themselves. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. "They were supposed to give me an estimate for an addition to replace one family room ad one sunroom that I have. They did the windows, but they never gave me an estimate to determine if I wanted it done. They did deliver the wrong window, but they were very good about ordering another window. They did work for me last year. I don't think the price was too much. They came late. I've used them twice now. I used them even though their responsiveness was not that great."

"This was a great experience.  The company came out to our home and did a rendition on the computer to show us almost exactly what the room would look like on the home, and that was awesome to see.  Then they followed their production schedule.  The permit took a few weeks to get, but once they got the permit, the process was quick and easy.  The only glitch was that when the room was built, they did not have all matching locks for our doors, but they got that taken care of within a couple of days of the room being done, and now all the locks match.  The room is absolutely beautiful!  This is our favorite room in the house!"
