He was ALWAYS responsive to our inquiries, ideas, concerns, etc. Equally important, the crews who spent so much time in our home during the kitchen renovation were pleasant, kind, and generally arrived on time. They took any questions that we might arise to Christopher, receiving answers in a timely manner. During a reno that is important, since they are present for hours every day. Our expected timeline for the renovation was well met and we were always comfortable - as much as possible during a kitchen remodel! - feeling heard and respected. No question was too dumb or redundant and we really appreciated that. As a result we have a beautiful custom kitchen, with cabinets handcrafted by Christopher and I think everyone associated should be proud of their hard work. We can't wait to show it off!"

"I cannot say enough good things about this company and the owner, Angelo. He designed and built a new dining room addition and remodeled my existing deck. He communicated with me every step of the way and responded immediately to any and all of my inquiries. Two years after the project was completed, I had a small issue. I called Angelo and immediately he scheduled a team to come and repair it for me. The quality the work is beyond reproach. I would recommend Angelo and AP contractors without hesitation."

When we were looking to have our front and back doors replaced, we went to Menards to look at doors. While we were there, a sales associate recommended we reach out to one of their preferred contractors, George Krinninger & Sons, to assist us with replacing the doors. We did and it was the best decision. We worked with Mike and he was incredible. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and walked us through the whole process. He even went out of his way to go with us to the store to help us pick out the right doors. When it came time for the installation, he showed up right on time, was incredibly professional, and a pleasure to chat with. When the project was done, he left the work area spotless and walked us through any features the doors/locks had. "Bart remodeled both of our bathrooms a few years ago, so when the time came to finish our basement, we were very happy he was available for this project too. We could not be happier with the results! The basement is comfortable, functional and seems to have been always part of our living space. Bart worked with us to install a new staircase from the kitchen to the basement that efficiently used the area, (prior access had only been from the mudroom at the back), and to put a large bedroom, a playroom/family room, a bathroom and a mechanical room downstairs, which includes generous storage. They installed a Murphy Bed for us too, which was a nice touch. In addition to the quality of work, we appreciated Bart himself stopping by to check on progress and the ease of communication via text, phone or email. If there ever was a delay with permits, inclement weather, we oftentimes heard from Bart directly which was very nice. We will certainly use Barts Remodeling in the future, he has our highest recommendation!"

"Neighborhood Remodelers did a bathroom renovation for us in 2020. Mike Cooper was the project manager. They also replace all of the trim on our second floor fast forward three years later where we replaced our upstairs flooring and came to find out that Neighborhood Remodelers used 3 inch trim and elevated on the wall to act like 5 inch trim. Extremely shady. We also came to find out that they buried an electrical box even though they told us that they wouldn’t do anything like that. extremely disappointed with this company. Please think long and hard before using them."
