"As usual Jody and Terry did a great job. We needed our kitchen, powder room, utility room and back hallway updated. The guidance they gave us with regards to picking everything out, where to go, etc. made everything go smoothly. We got new granite counter tops, under-cabinet lighting, and under-mount stainless steel sink in the kitchen. We had new floors put in the back entry way, utility room and powder room. They put in new vanities and painted too. They arrived every day promptly, were very professional and courteous. They even fixed and dealt with some funky issues we had because of the way the house was built and unhandy work of previous homeowners."

"Chester and his team were very respectful of working in our home while we were also working from home. They were able to diagnose and fix our plumbing issue, including completely replacing all the cabinets that had been damaged beyond repair. Job was done in a timely manner - especially given the extent of the water damage. Chester and his team were the only contractors who agreed to take on the repairs, after we had several contractors/companies say the job was too big for them. 10/10 would hire again (though hopefully we won't need to!)"

"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. "James was great. Instead of just patching things up, he got to the root of the leaks we'd been experiencing, and uncovered shoddy workmanship from previous repairs. He was very persistent about making sure the leak was resolved before patching the damage the leaks had caused.  (He found sheetrock and old rags used as patching materials from previous work!)
He removed all the old / rotted trim and decking on our balcony, repaired the balcony railing, faithfully restored the tin soffit under the second-floor gutter system (going out of his way to find suitable galvinized tin); and he replaced all the mouldings, even painstakingly trimming them to match the original materials. His attention to detail is well appreciated, and the finished work looks great.
Only one drawback: Since James typically works alone, his schedule is a bit unpredictable. If there was rain in the forecast, he would take another, interior job for the day.  Then, even if it didn't actually rain, my job got held off.  So the whole job took a couple weeks longer than we'd planned.
But in the end, James brought in a helper and got everything done in time for painters to come in an do the finish work.

Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. Extra drawers in a massive island and built in trash/recycle. The cabinets, counter, all 3 bathrooms, tile work and wood floors are gorgeous. The top bro’s kept everything as clean & tidy as possible every one who entered our home was honest, respectful, trustworthy and friendly!
