Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. "JCB does excellent work, they are quality craftsmen. They do the work quickly but thoroughly. Jack is one of the most trustworthy person that I have found in the building/service industry. Jack will problem-solve and guide us as needed but never "up-sells" unnecessarily. And JCB is a full-service contractor. Recently, they painted, replaced all the rotting wood on the exterior of our house, among other things. In the past, they have replaced a wall damaged by a water leak, refinished our basement and painted the entire interior of our house. I trust them implicitly."

They helped us find and repair a plumbing leak in our Chicago condo and were extremely professional, communicative, and highly experienced throughout the entire project. "Since parts of the house are over 100 years old, I knew that I would need a lot of new decking under the roof. I also needed drip edge material installed to prevent ice dam problems that I had been experiencing. I also needed trim repair and gutters. Everything turned out great. The timing was great as well. that got it done in 3 days working dawn to dusk just before the cold weather set in. The acid test was the one stretch in January where we got at least 18 inches of snow without a thaw. I had the ice dams as usual but no leaks this time. This outfit is very professional and is a real bargain if your looking for top quality workmanship. I would not hesitate to use them again for any type of general contracting work that you might need. I found out about Above and Beyond with my own 2 eyes. I was really impressed with some projects he was doing for my neighbor. I found out that my neighbor had been using them for years on a variety of projects. "Went great! I had CCCM, Inc. put on a new roof and upgrade the front of the house. They completely tore off the old roof, replaced some plywood sheets, added a roof vent to the entire roof, put on the new roof felt, and water barrier 10 feet up the roof from the gutter to help insure against issues caused by ice dams. They installed the upgraded shingles and replaced some of the other required vents on the roof. Also, they came up with a plan to give the front of my house a facelift. This included some new siding and aluminum facing on some of the old wood fasciae so I now don’t have to worry about painting the front of the house. They rebuilt the columns on the front porch which enhanced the drive-by appearance significantly. Further, they replace the shutters on the front and I stained the garage doors. I’ve gotten quite a few compliments about how nice and new the house appears now. I’ve used these guys for many projects on my house over the last 10 years or so. I did a few projects before I first used CCCM and I’m still regretting the workmanship by the prior contractors. These guys prepare a proper and complete proposal. They don’t take shortcuts or try to be the cheapest but suggest exactly what they would do in their own home. Their prices are very competitive, however. They follow best practices when it comes to all the current technical information available and then they do a superior job executing the contract. They show up when they say they will. They clean up after each day's work. They complete the job on time. Then they follow up quickly with any issues that might pop up. They do not just abandon you after they leave. These are great guys to work with. I highly recommend them for any project you want to be done in or around your house or business."

"We've needed a major staircase upgrade for years and got Caesar and his crew to do it. As we decided on this we mentioned our half bathroom on the main level. He gave us a very fair price on the labor for that, and in fact was able to get us a beautiful and custom made vanity and top. The workmanship is top notch and all the men in the crew are very personable. Caesar not only listens, but he readily ask you questions as to your input on how things be done to your liking. The stairs and powder room turned out beautiful. We've already told Caesar that his services for another project will be needed in the fall."
